European Games Baku: Amialiusik wins the women’s road race
Alena Amialiusik of Belarus won the women’s road race at the inaugural European Games in Baku on 20 June 2015, taking gold after a late three-rider contest.

The 120.7 km women’s road race was decided by a small group at the front. Amialiusik finished ahead of Poland’s Katarzyna Niewiadoma and the Netherlands’ Anna van der Breggen, while Ellen van Dijk followed in fourth.
